Meet Our Coaches
Stephanie Hamilton
Head Coach
I have proudly been a member of the Agoura High School Spirit Team coaching staff since 2021 and have served as Head Coach since 2022. My passion for performance began early — I started dancing at 18 months old and trained under Broadway’s Thommie Retter, leading to opportunities in national competitions, Hollywood productions, and live performances.
At age nine, I landed my first paid role in a vaudeville production in Hollywood, marking the start of my performance career. I continued training with renowned instructors, including Wade Robson, traveled nationally to compete, earned multiple national titles, and expanded my training opportunities in New York.
After dance, I discovered a passion for cheerleading and cheered throughout high school and college, developing a strong foundation in teamwork, leadership, and athletic performance. Today, my focus is on stunting, tumbling, and pom, with an emphasis on developing well-rounded athletes and fostering a positive, driven team culture.
I am incredibly proud of the Spirit Team program we have built and all our athletes have accomplished. I remain committed to inspiring student-athletes, building confidence and teamwork, and continuing to elevate the program for years to come.
Noelle Day
Assistant Coach
I am proud to be back at Agoura High School, where I was a four-year varsity athlete and part of a team that won four state titles and three national championships in the Crowdleader division. My experience as an athlete shaped my passion for the sport and continues to influence the high standards, discipline, and attention to detail I bring to coaching.
I have been coaching cheer and gymnastics for eight years, and this is my second year with the Agoura Spirit Team. My background includes six years of competitive gymnastics, where I competed in the Junior Olympics program as a Level 8 at just 11 years old, along with an additional four years of advanced tumbling training. I also have several years of dance experience, which has strengthened my performance quality, musicality, and overall approach to choreography and execution.
Through both my athletic and coaching experiences, I am passionate about developing well-rounded athletes who are confident, disciplined, and committed to growth. I strive to create a positive, structured, and supportive environment where athletes are challenged to reach their full potential while also feeling valued as individuals.
I am honored to be part of a program with such a strong legacy and am committed to continuing to build on that tradition of excellence, both on and off the mat.
